After-Sales Service System

We are committed to providing reliable service throughout the entire product lifecycle:
Full Lifecycle Support: Starting from the date of contract signing, we initiate a lifetime customer service commitment to ensure continuous technical support and timely spare parts supply.
Proactive Care: We establish a regular visit mechanism. By combining on-site inspections with remote assistance (phone and online), we identify potential issues early and provide guidance to maintain optimal equipment performance.
After-Sales Maintenance Plan
To minimize downtime, we have implemented a "1-24-8-16" Rapid Response Mechanism:
1. Response Timelines
1-Hour Response: A clear reply will be provided within 1 working hour of receiving a service request.
24-Hour On-Site Arrival: Our professional team will arrive at the site within 24 working hours.
Repair Efficiency: Minor repairs will be completed within 8 hours; major repairs will be completed within 16 hours.
2. Technical Support & Digital Archives
24/7 Online Support: Continuous access to online Q&A and a fleet management system.
"One File Per Unit" System: We establish a digital archive for every forklift, recording the full history from maintenance to repairs. By analyzing this data, we can proactively detect potential failures, reduce accident risks, and optimize maintenance costs.
Customized Plans: Maintenance levels and methods are tailored to the customer’s actual usage intensity, balancing operational costs with equipment efficiency.
Warranty Period & Charges
Free Warranty Period: A 12-month "Three Guarantees" warranty is provided, effective from the day after the equipment is formally accepted.
Scope of Warranty: During the warranty period, Noelift is responsible for free repairs or replacements for any quality defects or inconsistencies with the contract. All material, component, and labor costs incurred for warranty services are borne by our company.
Lifetime Maintenance: After the warranty period expires, Noelift will continue to provide technical support. Maintenance services will be provided at at-cost pricing for materials and labor, with no profit markup.
